We can’t have as many events 2nd year in a row but is always the people’s celebration. No matter where you are in the world, you celebrate your own ways but under the #newnormal. #staysafe

Late Adenan gazetted Sarawak Independence Day in 2016 not for us just to have another public holiday to “tidur sahaja”.

Theme this year is “Sarawak Gemilang Untuk Semua”.

The formal event will be hybrid of virtual and live performances. Apologies limited to 100 people (per SDMC SOP) and would like to as inclusive as possible from our ordinary frontliners to our unsung heroes. But every Sarawakian can join thru live transmission by TVS & UKAS.

Let’s work hard together and aim to achieve #Phase3 by 22 July. Sarawakian, we can do it
